About Us
Why Líf ?

Ophélie
Lover of nature and animals from an early age, I decided to professionalize myself and make it my job by passing the international mountain leader diploma.

I am also a fan of well-being through health and nutrition. This is why I am currently following a 3-year training in naturopathy. Today I almost finished my second year. Of course, I speak French, but also English and I can handle myself in Dutch.

If I had to name one of my favorite walks near my home, it would be the hike of "Saint Genis" : the view is incredible and you can often see eagles and vultures. If this hike tempts you, that's good, we offer stays in the Hautes Alpes to discover it!

Miró
Dutch by birth, I have lived in France since I was 12 years old. So I speak Dutch, French and English.
I fell under the charm of the mountains and it is in particular for this reason that I decided to start studying how to become an international moutain leader as well. I am also a cooking enthusiast so it is with great pleasure that I will prepare good meals for you during our stays. With Ophélie, we are committed to combine health with taste and so far it's working quite well!

If I had to name one of my favorite dishes, it would surely be the homemade lasagna with mushrooms. You do not know what I am talking about ? Join us to see it by yourself!

And here is Pinky!
This little face? Yes yes, it's me!

For my part, I have a diploma in cuteness and I am in training to become a rescue dog.

I can't wait to meet you and go discover breathtaking places !
(ps : if you get lost I will find you ;))
Its origin comes from Nordic mythology: Líf meaning life.

The story goes that Lif is actually a woman in a relationship with a man, Lífþrasir, which happens to be the equivalent of desire to live. Both survived the end of the world, better known as the Ragnarok. Their goal is then to recreate life and a humanity on Earth.

By associating ourselves with this name, we have set ourselves the goal of transporting you to unique places in order to create unforgettable memories. Happiness and the joy of living depend above all on an experience which turns into memory, and which subsequently is transmitted and told. We live for memories.
